ModaGo balances security with business needs. We protect wholesaler designs while allowing them to grow their distribution. Retailer information is kept private and is share d only during order confirmation.
We use state-of-the-art tools to keep your information safe. Please take 5 minutes to read our security guidelines so that you can participate in our community responsibly.
You Are Not Anonymous
Any person may browse ModaGo as far as our showroom homepages, but deeper access (i.e.
browse inside showroom and create purchase orders) requires authentication. Once you register and sign-in, you are not anonymous to us, or our wholesalers.
Information Security
ModaGo uses Best Practice procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal and corporate information against loss or theft including encryption, firewalls and passwords, and we block all computer networks not originating in the United States.
We Prosecute Hackers
Anyone caught attempting to hack, circumvent or compromise our computer systems and software in any way including the sharing of passwords, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Federal Cybercrime Statutes impose "civil and criminal liabilities consisting of "imprisonment for not more than one year, fine, or both" as described in The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and US Department of Justice Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Federal Computer Intrusion Laws.
Showroom Privacy
The ModaGo software is capable of discerning between retailers, wholesalers and their
photographers and restricts showroom access accordingly:
Retailers: By default, showrooms are visible to all registered and verified retailers. Some wholesalers may wish to make their showrooms "Private", so that retailers can only view their lines and place orders at the wholesalers discretion.
Wholesalers: Showrooms are blocked from view across wholesalers, their customer service personnel, photographers and all other staff, so that one is not able to view another's line. This is intentional and there is no way to circumvent this.
Photographers: May only view and maintain showrooms for their designated wholesalers.
Use of Your Information
ModaGo collects business and personal identity and financial information when you register and use our showrooms. We require billing, shipping and other information as indicated on the forms throughout this Site, in order for you to submit purchase orders through us. We only collect what is necessary for achieving this purpose. You can edit your information from My Account at any time.
Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including purchase orders. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf or legal action in the case of copyright trespass.
Sharing your password with any 3rd party is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of your account and we will pursue the legal remedies available to us if we determine that your actions put our service and reputation at risk.
3rd Party Marketing
ModaGo does not use banner ads, pop-ups or any other kind of commercial ads, and does not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or send you unsolicited communications.

These policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and provide additional terms and conditions related to specific services offered on this Site:
These policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes on our Site. In addition, you agree that you are subject to all policies applicable to our services. All such posted policies or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
